Kenneth Clapham, Executive Chef is delighted to announce
major changes in the service and style at the Kooralbyn
Hotel Resort. “Chefs should be out front as they
are a key part to the guests dining experience at the
Resort”. With this in mind Kenneth and his team
are offering you diversity and style that is sure to entice
you whether you are looking for light seasonal dishes
or the full fine dining experience.
Lilies
Char Grill
Lilies has now been transformed into an ala carte restaurant
where food is cooked to order over the grill in the restaurant,
you chose the cut of meat, how you want it cooked, and
we’ll call you when it’s ready. Offering a
wide choice of entrees, main courses and desserts Lilies
is guaranteed to suit all tastes. Lilies grill is open
from Wednesday evening to Friday night, with the Reef
& Beef night with live entertainment on the Saturday
a must! Al fresco is dining is available on the “deck”,
over looking the lake and gardens.

Kookas
Fine Dining Restaurant
Kookas Restaurant has always had the reputation of being
the finest dining in the Shire. Kenneth has changed the
menu to incorporate local produce with a diverse wine
list to match. Over looking the golf course, it’s
beautiful décor and attentive service Kookas is
an ideal backdrop for that special evening. Open Friday
and Saturday nights only bookings are highly recommended.

Ringtails
Bistro & Cafe
This picturesque Bistro over looking the golf course &
gardens is open all day 7 days a week from 10am offering
a selection of light seasonal meals, freshly brewed coffee
& afternoon teas. This Bistro Restaurant is the ideal
location for catching up for a chat or meeting friends
before or after that round of golf or massage.
On Sunday evenings Ringtails Restaurant becomes a themed
Italian restaurant serving a wide selection of made to
order pasta and pizza dishes. Italian night is very popular
with the locals so again bookings are advised.
